     15-71-105. Violations and penalties. Any person violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction is punishable by a fine of not less than $100 or more than $2,000 or by imprisonment for not less than 30 days or more than 6 months or by both such fine and imprisonment. The fine and imprisonment provided in this section shall be in addition to any other penalty imposed by any other provision in this chapter.
