     17-4-111. Right of hearing to aggrieved persons. Any person aggrieved from a decision or an action taken under this part shall have the right to present his grievances in the same manner as provided by 17-4-105(3) and subject to the contested case procedures of the Montana Administrative Procedure Act for taxpayer appeals.
