19-20-104. Guarantee by state. Regular interest charges payable, the creation and maintenance of reserves in the pension accumulation fund, and the maintenance of annuity reserves in the annuity reserve fund, as provided for in this chapter, and the payment of all annuities, pensions, refunds, and other benefits granted under the retirement system are obligations of the state of Montana.
