     19-20-606. Expense fund. The expense fund is the fund to which all moneys appropriated for the administrative expenses of the retirement system shall be credited and from which the expenses of administration of the retirement system shall be paid, exclusive of amounts payable as retirement allowances or other benefits. Any request for an increase of spending authority for administrative expenses requires a budget amendment and is subject to Title 17, chapter 7, part 4.
