     19-20-801. Eligibility for superannuation retirement. A member who has at least 5 full years of creditable service, whose last 5 years of creditable service were in this state, and who has attained the age of 60 or has been credited with full-time or part-time service in 25 or more years may retire from service if he files with the retirement board his written application setting forth the fact of his retirement.
