2-2-139. Meetings -- quorum. The ethics commission shall meet at the call of the presiding officer or a majority of its members when an appeal from a decision of the commissioner of political practices under this part is requested. A quorum consists of three or more members. An affirmative vote of three or more members is necessary for the issuance of a decision.
