     2-89-202. Definitions. Unless the context requires otherwise, in this part, the following definitions apply:
     (1) "Centennial acre" means one or more separate parcels of land of about one acre located in Montana that are acquired by donation from a private source or designated land owned by the state. If there is more than one centennial acre, each separate parcel is to be designated as a particular centennial acre, such as "the agricultural centennial acre" or "the mountain centennial acre".
     (2) "Department" means the department of fish, wildlife, and parks.
