     27-18-803. Notice of application for order to sell. Application for the order shall be upon such notice to the adverse party or his attorney as the court or judge, considering the nature and condition of the property, may direct. If it shall appear to the court or judge that the delay necessary to give notice would cause a material depreciation in the value of property, the order may be made without notice.
