30-12-1002. Enforcement of part. The department of commerce shall enforce this part. The department shall have access to all places of business, factories, stores, and buildings used for the manufacture or sale of paints or other products described in 30-12-1001. The department may purchase and open any package, can, jar, tube, or other receptacle containing any of the articles described in 30-12-1001 and found during an inspection.
