     32-5-307. Records to be kept. Each licensee shall keep in each licensed office such books, accounts, and records as the department shall require and as are necessary to enable the department to determine whether the licensee is complying with this chapter and with the rules promulgated thereunder. The licensee shall preserve such records for at least 2 years after making the final entry on any loan recorded thereon.
