35-21-204. Power to establish and operate mausoleum or columbarium. A private corporation organized under the laws of the state of Montana and authorized by its articles may establish, maintain, manage, improve, or operate a mausoleum, columbarium, or mausoleum-columbarium and conduct any of the businesses of a mausoleum-columbarium either for or without profit to its members or stockholders.
