     35-21-406. Effect of dedication. After property is dedicated to interment purposes pursuant to 35-21-401 to 35-21-405, inclusive, neither the dedication nor the title of a plot owner shall be affected by the dissolution of the mausoleum-columbarium authority, by nonuser on its part, by alienation of the property, by any encumbrances, by sale under execution, or otherwise, except as provided in this chapter.
