35-21-615. Endowment care mausoleum-columbarium -- amount of deposit required. (1) An endowment care mausoleum-columbarium is one which shall after July 1, 1949, deposit in its endowment care fund not less than the following amounts for plots sold or disposed of:
     (a) $5 for each niche;
     (b) $15 for each crypt.
     (2) The deposit shall be made not later than the 20th day of the month following the final payment on the purchase price of the plot.
