     39-71-303. Work paid for in property other than money -- wages to be determined by department. Where any employer procures any work to be done, payment for which is to be made in property other than money or its equivalent and the value of which property is speculative or intangible, the wages of the employees receiving such compensation shall be determined by the department in accordance with the going wage for the same or similar work in the district or locality where the same is to be performed.
