5-19-107. Staff assistance. The legislative services division shall provide staff assistance to the committee. The legislative services division has the same authority of investigation and examination as it has for other committees under 5-11-106, and the legislative council has the same authority to hold hearings on behalf of the committee as it has for other committees under 5-11-107.
