     53-4-202. Aid to families with dependent children to be in effect in all counties. It is mandatory and required that the state plan and operation of aid to families with dependent children must be in effect in each county of the state, and the administration and supervision of aid to families with dependent children must be uniform throughout the counties of the state. However, the department may administer demonstration programs pursuant to section 1115 of the federal Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. 1315, or any other provision of that act that permits the states to administer experimental, pilot, or demonstration projects.
