53-4-717. Sanctions. (1) Except as provided in subsection (2), an individual who without good cause fails to participate in the JOBS program as required or who without good cause refuses to accept suitable employment shall lose eligibility for aid to families with dependent children as provided in 42 U.S.C. 602(a)(19)(G).
     (2) If an individual receiving aid to families with dependent children under the FAIM project is required to participate in the JOBS program as a condition of the individual's family investment agreement and fails without good cause to participate, the individual must be sanctioned in accordance with rules established by the department.
