69-5-108. Agreements between electric suppliers as to service areas. Notwithstanding the provisions of 69-5-103 through 69-5-109, an electric supplier may furnish electric service to any consumer at any premises being served by another electric supplier upon written agreement of the affected electric suppliers or at premises that another electric supplier has the right to serve pursuant to this part, upon written agreement of the affected electric suppliers.
