     7-2-4321. Annexation of contiguous land by towns and municipalities of the second or third class. Any tracts or parcels of land which shall be contiguous to any incorporated towns or any incorporated cities of the second and third class, as classified in 7-1-4111, may be embraced within the corporate limits thereof and the boundaries of such towns or cities of the second and third class extended so as to include the same in the manner provided in 7-2-4322 through 7-2-4325.
