7-6-4107. Duties of city clerk related to finance -- exception. (1) It is the duty of the clerk to enter in a book kept for that purpose the date, amount, and person in whose favor and for what purpose warrants are drawn upon the city treasury. The book is called "The Finance Book".
     (2) This section does not apply to a city that has adopted the alternative accounting method provided for in Title 7, chapter 6, part 6.
