7-6-4110. Publication or posting of annual statement of receipts and expenditures -- exception. (1) An abstract of the annual account of receipts and expenditures required by 7-6-4109(1)(d) must be published in some newspaper in the city or town, or if none is published, the abstract must be posted in the room or building occupied by the council.
     (2) This section does not apply to a city or town that has adopted the alternative accounting method provided for in Title 7, chapter 6, part 6.
