70-9-105. Department rulemaking -- representation by assistant attorney general. The department of revenue is hereby authorized to make necessary rules to carry out the provisions of parts 1 through 3 and shall be represented in the enforcement of the provisions of those parts by the special assistant attorney general in charge of escheated estates.
