76-13-504. Issuance of license -- term. Upon the receipt of the application and the payment of the fee, the department shall issue a license to the person, firm, or corporation applying therefor. The license shall be upon a form provided by the department and shall cover such period as the sawmill remains in continuous operation on a single setting or location or until revocation by the department.
