76-4-1110. Inspection of records by board. (1) Records of the sale or lease of parcels within a subdivision subject to the provisions of this part shall be subject to inspection by the board.
     (2) The board shall be notified of any change of address affecting the location of the owner's, subdivider's, or agent's records or of any change in depository for the impounding of purchasers' money in accordance with the provisions herein.
