     76-4-1234. Regulation of advertising. (1) The public offering statement shall not be used for any promotional purposes before registration of the subdivided lands and afterwards only if it is used in its entirety. No portion of the public offering statement may be underscored, italicized, or printed in larger or heavier or different color type than the remainder of the statement unless the board requires it.
     (2) No person may advertise or represent that the board approves or recommends the subdivided lands or disposition thereof.
     (3) The board by rule or order, after reasonable notice and hearing, may require the filing of advertising material relating to subdivided lands prior to its distribution.
