76-4-1240. Annual report. (1) Within 30 days after each annual anniversary of an order registering subdivided lands, the subdivider shall file a report with the department in the form prescribed by the rules of the board. The report shall reflect any material changes in information contained in the original application for registration.
     (2) The board may permit the filing of annual reports within 30 days after the anniversary date of the consolidated registration instead of the anniversary date of the original registration.
