     76-4-1245. Penalties. Any person who violates any provision of this part or who willfully violates any rule adopted under it or any person who willfully in an application for registration makes any untrue statement of a material fact or omits to state a material fact may be fined not less than $1,000 or more than $5,000 or may be imprisoned for not more than 2 years, or both.
