A Bill for an Act entitled: An Act revising the required frequency for inventorying county tools, machinery, and equipment from annually to biennially; and amending section 7-8-2111, MCA.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Montana:

Section 1.  Section 7-8-2111, MCA, is amended to read:

"7-8-2111.   Inventory of county tools and equipment. It shall be the duty of the The board of county commissioners to shall biennially prepare and file with the county clerk and recorder an annual inventory covering all county tools, machinery, and equipment."
