A Bill for an Act entitled: "An Act eliminating arbitration when an impasse is reached in the course of collective bargaining between a public employer and a firefighters' organization; repealing sections 39-34-101, 39-34-102, 39-34-103, 39-34-104, 39-34-105, and 39-34-106, MCA."

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Montana:

NEW SECTION. Section 1.  Repealer. Sections 39-34-101, 39-34-102, 39-34-103, 39-34-104, 39-34-105, and 39-34-106, MCA, are repealed.
