19-17-202. Reports of board. (1) The board shall, not later than November 1 of each year, make a report to the governor covering the operations and proceedings for the prior fiscal year relative to its administration of the Volunteer Firefighters' Compensation Act and the volunteer firefighters' pension plan. The report may include suggestions or recommendations that the board considers of value for public information.
     (2) Copies of the reports must be made available by the board to the chief or other representative of any volunteer fire company or companies that request them.
