3-5-902. Fiscal administration for payment of court expenses. The supreme court administrator shall:
     (1) establish procedures for disbursement of funds for payment of district court expenses listed in 3-5-901, including prorating of those funds if they are insufficient to cover all expenses listed in 3-5-901; and
     (2) require the use of a uniform accounting system in accordance with 2-7-504 by the counties in reporting court expenses at a detailed level for budgeting and auditing purposes.
