32-4-306. Control -- supervision -- reports. The corporation is subject to the examination of the department of commerce and shall make reports of its condition not less than annually to that department, which in turn shall make copies of the reports available to the commissioner of insurance and to the governor. The corporation shall also file an annual statement required by Title 35.
