     37-30-421. Display of license. A license to operate a barbershop, school, or college shall specify the name of the licensee and shall be kept in a conspicuous place in the barbershop, school, or college. A barbershop, school, or college may not be conducted or held out as being conducted under any name except the name appearing as licensee on the license issued by the department.
