     50-15-301. Marriage certificates. Before the 10th day of each month, each clerk of a district court shall report marriage certificates filed with him during the preceding calendar month to the department. Reports shall be on forms and contain information prescribed by the department. The applicant for a marriage license shall pay a recording fee of 25 cents to the officer authorized to issue the marriage license.
