     50-64-107. Violations -- penalties. (1) A person who violates any provision of this chapter commits a misdemeanor.
     (2) A person convicted of violating this chapter shall be fined no more than $1,000 or be imprisoned in the county jail for a term not to exceed 60 days, or both.
     (3) Each separate occurrence in violation of this chapter is a separate offense.
