     7-14-2108. Recording of instruments related to acquisition of right-of-way. (1) When a right-of-way is voluntarily given or purchased, an instrument in writing conveying the right-of-way and incidents thereto must be signed and acknowledged by the person making it. It must then be recorded in the office of the clerk of the county where the land is located.
     (2) When a right-of-way is condemned, a certified copy of the judgment of the court must be made. It must then be filed in the office of the clerk of the county where the land is located.
     (3) Both types of instruments shall particularly describe the land.
