     7-2-2314. Establishment of precincts and polling places -- appointment of deputy registrars. (1) At the meeting of the board at which the special election is called for the purpose of locating the permanent county seat, the board shall, by resolution entered in its minutes, divide the county into precincts and establish polling places in the manner provided by law.
     (2) It must also, at the same session of the board, appoint deputy registrars for the several precincts established by it, who must possess the qualifications required by law for deputy registrars.
