80-2-205. What crops subject to provisions of law. The crops grown on the lands of all taxpayers who shall elect to become subject to this part shall be insured under the provisions of this part for the acreage and the kind of crop for which taxes for hail insurance will have been levied, which insurance shall be provided for, determined, and adjusted and paid for as provided by this part.
