     80-2-229. Withdrawal of crop in case of destruction through other means. When any crop insured under this part shall have been destroyed by any other cause than hail, the applicant may, by furnishing the proof required by the board of hail insurance, cause the crop to be withdrawn from the regular levy of the board for the current year. Such proof shall be submitted to the board of hail insurance in accordance with its rules. Said rules shall be plainly printed on the applications and policies issued by the department. They shall provide that the cost for such withdrawn insurance shall be varied as nearly as practical according to the time the insurance is in force and according to the risk carried.
