     90-3-204. (Temporary) Rulemaking authority. The board shall adopt rules necessary to implement the provisions of this chapter, including but not limited to rules:
     (1) governing the conduct of board business;
     (2) establishing application procedures that, at a minimum, require the submittal of:
     (a) an executive summary for a science and technology development project loan;
     (b) a business plan for a seed capital project loan;
     (c) a research and development project proposal for a research and development project loan; and
     (d) other documents necessary to meet the criteria established in this chapter;
     (3) establishing the procedures to be followed by the board in its review process prior to making a science and technology development project loan; and
     (4) establishing postdisbursement activities that describe the ongoing involvement or follow-along management of the board that may be required in a science and technology development project loan agreement. (Repealed effective July 1, 1999--secs. 13, 16(1), Ch. 549, L. 1997.)
