     90-3-304. (Temporary) Accountability -- audits. The board's books and records must be audited by or at the direction of the legislative auditor. The legislative auditor shall conduct a performance audit of the board's goals, objectives, and statutory duties prior to the 52nd legislative session and at times determined necessary by the legislative audit committee. The actual costs of audits must be paid from the board's funds. (Repealed effective July 1, 1999--secs. 13, 16(1), Ch. 549, L. 1997.)
