90-3-521. (Temporary) Science and technology development project loans -- board action. (1) If the board determines that a science and technology development project meets the criteria established in this chapter and has complied with the applicable procedures and review processes established by the board, the board may enter into a science and technology development project loan agreement with the loan recipient and authorize the disbursement of funds to the loan recipient.
     (2) All decisions of the board are final and not subject to the contested case provisions of Title 2, chapter 4. (Repealed effective July 1, 1999--secs. 13, 16(1), Ch. 549, L. 1997.)
