Title 25, Chapter 20 -- RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE


     Rule 45(c). Service. A subpoena may be served by any person who is not a party and is not less than 18 years of age. Service is made by exhibiting the original and delivering a true copy to the witness personally, giving or offering to the witness at the same time, if demanded by the witness, the fees to which the witness is entitled for travel to and from the place designated, and 1 day's attendance there. The service must be made so as to allow the witness a reasonable time for preparation and travel to the place of attendance.
