     30-9-409. (Temporary) Utility financing statement -- place of filing -- contents -- perfection of security interest. (1) If filing is required under the Uniform Commercial Code, the proper place to file in order to perfect a security interest in personal property or fixtures of a transmitting utility or other corporation covered hereby is in the office of the secretary of state.
     (2) When the financing statement covers goods of a transmitting utility which are or are to become fixtures, no description of the real estate concerned is required.
     (3) A security interest in rolling stock of a transmitting utility may be perfected either as provided in section 20(c) of the Interstate Commerce Act or by filing a financing statement pursuant to subsection (1). (Repealed effective July 1, 2001--secs. 168, 171, Ch. 305, L. 1999.)
