     30-9-511. (Temporary) Counsel fees on foreclosure. In an action to foreclose a security interest in personal property, the court must allow as a part of the costs a reasonable attorney's fee, which shall be fixed by the court, notwithstanding any stipulation in the instrument or any agreement between the parties to the contrary. (Repealed effective July 1, 2001--secs. 168, 171, Ch. 305, L. 1999.)
