     37-1-105. Reporting disciplinary actions against licensees. The department has the authority and shall require that all licensing boards within the department require all applicants for licensure or renewal to report any legal or disciplinary actions against them which relate to the propriety of the applicants' practice of or their fitness to practice the profession or occupation for which they seek licensure. Failure to furnish the required information or the filing of false information is grounds for denial or revocation of a license.
