     46-23-207. Penalty for disobedience. Any person who shall without just cause fail or refuse to attend and testify, to answer any lawful inquiry, or to produce records, books, papers, and other documents if it is in his power to do so in obedience to a subpoena of the board or any member thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $200 or by imprisonment for not longer than 60 days or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day such violation continues shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
