     5-15-201. Consumer counsel -- appointment and qualifications. The committee shall appoint a consumer counsel and set his salary. The consumer counsel shall have the following minimum qualifications and such additional qualifications as the committee determines appropriate:
     (1) a bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university with a major or minor in accounting or allied fields;
     (2) be admitted to practice law in Montana courts and in the United States district court for the state of Montana.
