50-40-206. Special revenue account -- donations for smoking areas . (1) There is an account in the state special revenue fund for the establishment of designated smoking areas pursuant to 50-40-204.
     (2) The department of administration is authorized to accept donations to pay for the establishment of or improvements to designated smoking areas in state buildings and shall deposit any donations into the special revenue account established in subsection (1).
     (3) The money in the special revenue account must be used by the department of administration to pay for the establishment of or improvements to designated smoking areas pursuant to 50-40-204.
