     7-13-2507. Hearing on petition. At the time set for hearing such petition or petitions, the board of county commissioners shall hear all persons who desire to be heard relative to the creation of a television district. The board may, if it so desires and if it appears to be desirable, adjourn the meeting for not to exceed 30 days in time to further hear the petitioners and protestants, if any.
